• Client business & contact information: Information our Clients provide when engaging our services — such as business name, contact name, email address, phone number, calendar/booking details, and account credentials.
• Lead contact information (processed on behalf of Clients): Contact details of a Client's real estate leads — primarily name and mobile phone number, and where provided, email address — that the Client supplies or that a lead submits through the Client's forms, so our AI can follow up on the Client's behalf.
• Message & interaction data: The content and timing of SMS conversations and scheduling activity, used to operate and improve the service.
• Website & technical data: Standard information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, collected when you visit our website.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the AI-powered lead response and appointment-setting service on behalf of our Clients.
• To send transactional and conversational SMS follow-up messages to a Client's leads regarding their inquiry.
• To qualify leads and schedule appointments on the Client's calendar.
• To communicate with Clients about their account, onboarding, and support.
• To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our service.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share phone numbers or contact data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• With the Client on whose behalf we operate: Lead information and appointment details are shared with the specific real estate Client who owns that relationship.
• With service providers: Vetted vendors — such as SMS carriers and messaging infrastructure, secure hosting, and CRM systems — that process data only on our instructions and only to deliver the service. They may not use the data for their own purposes.
• For legal reasons: When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Proptiq A.I., our Clients, or others.
